What is the perfect photo? It tells a story. It has emotions. Even if it is not technically superior, nor as sharp as a knife. As long as it pleases you, that's what I call a perfect photo. YOU ARE WHAT YOU SEE.

The flagpole in front of the Rizal Monument is called the Independence Flagpole. Why? Because that is the same flagpole in the July 4, 1946 independence rites where the Americans lowered the US Flag and Raised the Philippine Flag, for the First time, recognizing the sovereignty of the Philippines.
After this rites, the Philippines celebrates the Independence Day at the fourth of July. But then President Diosdado Macapagal reverted the date to June 12, the day General Aguinaldo waved the flag in his home in Kawit in 1898. Then ailing and very old General Aguinaldo rose from his sickbed and graced the Independence Rites.
